GBLでマイストーリーの宿題があるのですが、なんならばと、GBL研修でならった内容を書いてみようということで、Office Comunication について書いてみました。しかしながら、添削されず。。。悲しい日々を過ごしております。

 

 

■OFFICE COMUNICATION

 

I learned the office communication at Global Business Player's training in August. There are the six modes in the office communication. The six modes are REQUEST, INFORMATION, REJECTION, PROBLEM, APLOGY, and GOODWILL. I studied the logics and the powerful phrases for each mode. I memorized them hard. Because we have a lot of home works.

For example, the logic of REQUEST is "briefing -> request -> reasons -> detail -> benefits/risks -> deadline -> confirmation -> communication -> thank -> closing". And for example, the phrases of briefing are follows.

- Regarding ...
- In regard to ...
- I'm calling about ...
- I have a request about ...
- Could I speak to you about ...
- Could I ask you a favor?

There are about 300 phrases in the sum total. ( 6 modes x 10 logic steps x 5 phrases) The words are not so difficult for me. And I guess I'll just have to memorize them myself.
