Global Business Player 研修の最終日に1人1分の発表があるとのこと。。。

下記の内容について、個人で1分話すらしい。

・研修受講の感想

・今後目標とするグローバル人材

I explain about my impression, goal and commitment of this training.

Fisrt, impression is "change my habit".

I learned a lot of skills and technics for global communication.
Esspecially 4 skills stand out in my memory.
They are "pyramid logic", "QTOR", "assertive" and "feedback".
Ther are very difficult for me, but I should change my habit.

Second, goal is "ability of English, communication and IT".

I think a global player needs 3 abilities.
They are "global English", "communication skill" and "IT specialist".

The lastly, commitment is "keep on aquiring English and IT skills".

It makes no sense to memorize some English phrases in a short time.
This is beacause I forget them easily.
I think continuing my efforts to improve is most important.

I have 40 minutes as I walk back and forth between the station and home everyday.
I decided to keep on listening and shadowing English conversation with that time.

But, I'm a system enginner.
I should keep on acquiring the latest IT skills in addition to keep English skills.
